Black Bean Brownie With An Orange Twist!

I admit it, my brownie recipe is kinda quirky, but trust me, it totally rocks!  These babies always turn out super moist and chewy  and rich and mmmm... so much chocolaty goodness!  (SLURP!)  Oops, I digress!  Back to the business of baking!  These deliciously dense, melt-in-your-mouth treats are made with (Drum roll please!) pureed black bean!  Yep, you heard me, BEANS!   Plus, we're not done, this recipe also calls for another unexpected ingredient, orange extract!  But since chocolate and orange go together so deliciously, we're all good with that twist right?!  No worries, these fiber-filled brownies are SO DELISH you'll forget about the...  (wink!)

1 box low-fat fudge brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker)
1 15 ounce can black beans
1 table spoon orange extract

1) Drain and rinse beans. Pour them back into the can. Add water to can until it's filled to the brim. Pour contents of can into a blender. PUREE THE CRAP OUT OF IT
2) In a medium bowl, combine bean mixture, orange extract and brownie mix.  Follow cooking directions on the package.
