DIY sidewalk chalk ~ MAD MESS but FAB FUN!

"Making" sidewalk chalk with my 3 year old seemed like a stupendous idea... till the plaster started hardening!!!

What you'll need to get your chalk on!

Plaster of Paris
plastic cups and stir sticks
food coloring
silicone molds
FYI ~ Once the Plaster of Paris starts to set you have to work faster than the speed of light!  Pink and yellow didn't make it to the silicone mold!  But no worries, we popped them out of the plastic cups and used them anyway!

DIY Sidewalk chalk... the perfect party favors for your summer celebrations!

Love is in the details, so package your favors in style!  These super sweet chalkboard tags by bumblebina would be oh so fitting!
