I've been CRAVING S'mores for DAYS! (PMS is such a bitch)
Plus, I've had this crazy cupcake idea literally prancing around in my head for weeks! So, in an effort to satisfy my hankering AND avoid insanity I figured WTH, "It's now or never"!
Let's BAKE bomshells!
FYI - ANYONE can make these! And trust me, you'll look like a freakin ROCKSTAR! LMAO
STEP 1 - THE CHOCOLATE!
Start by baking your fave chocolate cupcakes! I used Betty!
Easy enough right?!
Carve out a hole and fill with chocolate frosting! (Again, HELLO Miz Betty!)
I'm sure there are freaky fancy tools for this kind of stuff but I used a butter knife to cut and a ziploc bag to pipe!
STEP 2 - THE GRAHAM!
What's a S'more without a graham cracker right?! WRONG! Graham crackers are SO LAST YEAR! I'M thinkin... HONEY Teddy Grahams! Way sweeter!
Smash the crap out of a handful of bears (FUN!) and place crumbs on a plate.
Do this NOW cuz you won't have time later! Trust me!
STEP 3 - THE MARSHMALLOW!
Pop a marshmallow on top of your cupcakes and broil for a minute.
Then squish it down with a spoon!
Superchick tip: To avoid a sticky mess, spray the back of your spoon with cooking spray!
