Happy Day bomshells!  Beyond thrilled to be kicking off our 2011 "Superchicks Uncensored" series with a TOTAL ROCKSTAR!!!

Do you ROCK your life?!  Are you a bombshell who radiates confidence, tells it like it is and takes EVERYTHING you do to the next level?!  If you're a chica who believes that life is too damn short to waste even one single second...  If you're passionate, creative, bold and just plain FUN, you're a SUPERCHICK!
Welcome to "Superchicks Uncensored", a new series that spotlights FABULOUSLY POSH women!

Ok lovelies, I'm totally freakin the freak out!!!
We're got THE  Pizzazzerie Princess in da house!

Courtney Dial needs no introduction!  But because I ADORE her, she's gettin one anyway!
It's crazy but I feel this overwhelming need to pimp her out!  Like to all of creation! LOL
Yes, she's THAT fabulous!  I'm not even kidding chicas, I'm so crushing on her!
Primarily cuz she's like the sweetest chick evah!  But also cuz she's a freakin creative GENIUS!!!

Courtney is the mastermind behind, a  BRILLIANT website focused on entertaining with epic style!  Her blog (By far my fave!) features all things jaw-dropping!  We're talkin parties, crafts, recipes, deco, and so much more!  She covers it ALL!

C's portfolio looks a lil some'in like this...

Oh and get THIS fun fact...
She's only 26, TWENTY FREAKIN SIX!!!
Shit, that means I'm like (GULP) TEN years older than she is!!!
OMG I'm feeling faint...!  Must. Sit. lol

My interview with Courtney!

~ Which combo best describes you?! "high-maintenance and catty"? "Chill and sweet"? or "super sassy and posh"?

"I would like to say I'm "super sassy and sweet" - can I combine 2? :) I definitely stick up for what I believe (hence the sassy party) but treat others as I wish to be treated and believe you get more in life with sugar than you do with vinegar."

~What do you love most about doing what you do?
I love that I love it. Seriously, so many people are stuck in jobs they hate because it's "comfortable". I love that I adore getting up every morning and don't consider it "work" at all. Beyond that, I love the design phase - the dreaming up phase of a new tablescape or party design. Next is definitely the photographing. Whether I'm shooting it myself or working with a photographer, I love styling to get just the right shot!

~ Dude, your press page reads like Martha Stewart's! Yet you don't look a day over 20!!! How are you growing your biz so flippin fast?! LOL

"You're so sweet! I love the Martha Stewart Dreamers into Doers community, it definitely has helped me meet some fabulous entrepreneurs. I think that growing fast has been a result of drive and a background in communications and PR. My undergraduate degree is in communications and my masters is a business focused degree so I have a lot of experience in public relations and marketing. Beyond that, I have a strong drive for Pizzazzerie because I believe in it and it makes me happy. I wake up every day thankful for the opportunity to inspire so it's easy to give 110% to something I believe so strongly in.

~ Favorite DIY project?!

Gingerbread houses! I grew up with my Mom coming in to my elementary school classrooms to show my whole class how to make gingerbread houses. We've made them every year since and it's definitely my favorite DIY project. I'm probably a bit bias because it's close to the holidays so my other favorite DIY project is definitely anything I can hang (paper pom poms, flower balls, etc).

~ What trends are you REALLY crushing on right now?

Just like I mentioned above, definitely anything I can hang from ribbon to sweet treats! I'm also crushing all over new color schemes - out with the boring regular - get creative with unique color schemes for traditional holidays! Another trend I love is doughnuts - delightful little treats that are a great alternative to cupcakes.

~Your tablescapes are EPIC! No joke, they ROCK! Where does all this entertaining inspiration come from?!
Oh wow, I could list a thousand places I get inspiration from - including everything from fabric to stationery. I love design and layout (I wish I was a graphic designer) so I translate my love for layout and design onto a table. It's my "canvas" I guess you could say. So sometimes I see inspiration in the form of stationery, a website design, magazines like Southern Living and Real Simple, as well as inspirational women I know in this fabulous industry like Marie of Sweets Indeed.

~ What’s on your iPod?!

COUNTRY! Well, I do live in Nashville TN after all. But beyond country, I love anything oldies - I should have been born in the 50s.

~How do you juggle so many balls?! HeeHee @ the word "balls"!!! :P

I make sacrifices to do what I love but I also make priorities and keep my promises to friends whether it's a coffee date or a weekend getaway. I work late into the night sometimes if it means spending time with my boyfriend or family. I definitely don't have a typical "day's schedule". I'm all over the place but it allows me to be flexible and fit everything in. I also don't have children (just 26) so being on my own lets me focus my days on Pizzazzerie.

~ Do you have any knew "TOP SECRET" projects that you'd like to share with us? Shhhhh... we won't tell!!!

Hmm..... there is a possibility of something EPIC happening for me in the coming months so I have all fingers and toes crossed and I'll keep you updated if that does indeed happen. Beyond that, I'm working on an extremely swanky tablescape for New Years as well as preparing for's 1st birthday party on March 16th. My writers and I are planning a fabulous week of pure "amazingness" so get excited!
